Shipping Policy

 

We ship from our Virginia warehouse to customers across the United States and Canada.

 

Free Shipping

Free U.S. shipping on all orders $599 and over (applies automatically at checkout). Orders under $599 are charged shipping calculated by carrier and destination at checkout.

 

Processing Time

In-stock items typically ship within 1 to 2 business days of order confirmation. Processing may occasionally take up to 5 business days during peak periods, sales, or restocks. The product page will indicate any extended processing time at the time of order.

 

Transit Time

Standard U.S. ground transit is typically 3 to 7 business days after the order ships, depending on destination. Expedited options are available at checkout.

 

Carrier and Service

Orders ship via UPS or FedEx Ground. A tracking number is emailed when your label is generated.

 

Adult Signature Required on Washers and Combo Sets

Deliveries of the Automatic Washer v2, Manual Washer, and any Aether Green combo set require an adult signature (21+) at delivery. Please plan to be available or designate someone over 21 at the shipping address. Smaller items (filter bags, accessories, replacement parts, apparel) do not require a signature.

 

Combo Set Shipments

The Automatic Washer v2 Combo Set ships in three separate boxes (washer, rinse station, filter bag and spacer set). Boxes may arrive on different days. All tracking numbers will be emailed.

 

Canadian Customers

We ship to Canada. Canadian customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees assessed at the border by Canada Customs. These are not included in your order total.

 

Damaged in Transit

If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if possible, or photograph the packaging and product within 48 hours of receipt and email support@aethergreen.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

 

Lost Shipments

If tracking shows a delivery but you have not received your order, contact us within 7 days at support@aethergreen.com and we will open a claim with the carrier.
