We generally ship out any orders within one business day. We ship via UPS ground and you can expect your product to arrive within one to five business days.
All of our products use food grade materials on all surfaces that come into contact with plant material.
All of our products carry a one year warranty for material and workmanship.
In addition to our warranty, we offer a 30 day risk free return policy. Any product can be returned within 30 days as long as the products are unused and in new condition. Please reach out to support@aethergreen.com to request a return.
