Returns & Refunds
Everything you need to know about how your Aether Green order ships, plus how returns and refunds work. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and if something is not right, our process is simple and straightforward.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship from our Virginia warehouse to customers across the United States and Canada. In-stock items typically ship within 1 to 2 business days of order confirmation.
Free shipping on orders $599 and over is available within the continental U.S. only (the lower 48 states), applied automatically at checkout. Orders under $599, and any orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, are charged shipping calculated by carrier and destination at checkout.
Processing & Transit Time
In-stock items typically ship within 1 to 2 business days. Processing may occasionally take up to 5 business days during peak periods, sales, or restocks, and the product page will note any extended processing time at the time of order. Standard U.S. ground transit is typically 3 to 7 business days after your order ships, depending on destination. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Carrier & Tracking
Orders ship via UPS or FedEx Ground. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your shipping label is generated.
Adult Signature on Washers & Combo Sets
Deliveries of the Automatic Washer v2, Manual Washer, and any Aether Green combo set require an adult signature (21+) at delivery. Please plan to be available, or designate someone over 21 at the shipping address. Smaller items such as filter bags, accessories, replacement parts, and apparel do not require a signature.
Combo Set Shipments
The Automatic Washer v2 Combo Set ships in three separate boxes: the washer, the rinse station, and the filter bag and spacer set. Boxes may arrive on different days, and all tracking numbers will be emailed.
Canadian Customers
We ship to Canada. Canadian customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees assessed at the border by Canada Customs. These charges are not included in your order total.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, refuse delivery if possible, or photograph the packaging and product within 48 hours of receipt and email support@aethergreen.com. If tracking shows your order delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days and we will open a claim with the carrier.
Return Policy
You may return any Aether Green product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. We do not charge restocking fees.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@aethergreen.com with your order number
- Our team will respond within 1 business day with a return authorization
- Ship the product back using the provided return instructions
- Receive your refund within 5-7 business days after we receive the item
Refund Details
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or was shipped in error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund at your preference.
