We want you to be completely satisfied with your Aether Green purchase. If something is not right, our return process is simple and straightforward.

Return Policy

You may return any Aether Green product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. We do not charge restocking fees.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@aethergreen.com with your order number
2. Our team will respond within 1 business day with a return authorization
3. Ship the product back using the provided return instructions
4. Receive your refund within 5-7 business days after we receive the item

Refund Details

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or was shipped in error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
