Coverage
All Aether Green products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What Is Covered
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Mechanical or electrical failures under normal use
- Manufacturing defects discovered during the warranty period
What Is Not Covered
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Damage from accidents, floods, or other external causes
- Use outside of the product's intended purpose
Intended Use
All Aether Green products are designed for consumer use. Commercial-frequency use subjects the product to wear beyond what it was designed for. Damage or excessive wear resulting from commercial-frequency use is not covered under this warranty.

How to File a Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 1 business day with next steps.
Our team may request photos or videos of the issue to help diagnose and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Resolution
At our discretion, we will repair, replace, or refund the defective product. If we determine the issue is covered under warranty, we will cover all associated shipping costs for the resolution.
Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It applies only to products purchased directly from aethergreen.com or authorized retailers. Aether Green's total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
